Why ChatterPix Kids?

ChatterPix Kids is a fun app that lets students make pictures talk. With easy to follow instructions and a simple interface, kids can choose a photo, draw a mouth, and record a short message. They can then add stickers and text to decorate their creation. It’s a great way for students to get creative and share their imagination!

My first thought seeing Chatterpix Kids as a recommended resources was –  How is this educational?…But then the ideas started flooding in. This photo editing app is applicable for all of my elementary school students. What is better then making pictures talk for a school project. I can use it for our kindergarten class to make there prehistoric animals speak for there research project. Or the 3rd and 4th grade can create amazing biography reports making the person they feature tell the stories that they research and beyond.

Pros: Easy to of use, creativity, learning style, collaboration.

Cons: Limited Recording Time, no additional Drawing Tool.

Using ChatterPix Kids can extend any activity, and creates a way to present engaging and customized content . ChatterPix Kids will enhance retention of the topic by creating an fun and entertaining interactive clip that encourages retention of the topic of study.
